Our Team

Nadine S. Bartholomew

Nadine S. BartholomewPrincipal Consultant, has more than 15 years of experience developing educational and promotional programs to support small businesses and non-profit organizations. Prior to starting the Bartholomew Group, Nadine promoted minority and women business development as the Program Specialist for the Food Marketing Institute (FMI). She managed a comprehensive program that improved the utilization of diverse businesses by food retailers and wholesalers to increase the adoption of supplier diversity practices industry-wide. Nadine led workshops and meetings with state officials and industry leaders and served as a dedicated resource for diverse businesses seeking to do work with the food retail and wholesale industry. This knowledge and experience have been successfully transferred to clients from various sectors.

Today, Nadine serves as a subject-matter expert on grassroots marketing. In addition to speaking at professional conferences and industry events, Nadine has been published in Electric Perspectives Magazine and Minority Business Entrepreneur (MBE) Magazine. Her experiences include conducting applied research, presenting corporate stakeholders with actionable market information on supplier diversity, facilitating industry-based award programs, and providing operational assistance to businesses and trade associations on customer engagement and strategic communications.

Nadine received her MBA from Loyola University Maryland and is based in Washington, DC. Her collaborative approach draws from a diverse global perspective and keen business acumen. Nadine has worked throughout her career to integrate the latest business research with proven communication methods to deliver innovative brand strategies. This knowledge and experience allow the Bartholomew Group to challenge convention and build on past successes to help clients anticipate and maximize future market opportunities

Adryen Jackson

Adryen Jackson, Project Assistant
Adryen Jackson is an integral part of our team. Her key areas of interest include health and human services, seafood sustainability, graphic design, and digital marketing. Adryen earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and collaborates with sustainability and human services researchers to better understand data trends and measurement objectives. Adryen supports the design and system testing of programmed surveys; preparing survey instruments and communication materials for a wide range of audiences. Adryen works closely with project staff to coordinate tasks and project schedules, write meeting notes, and conduct other activities, including drafting documents, summarizing project-related activities, and working on proposals.
